GENERAL FUNCTION

The Field Trainer position is responsible for the delivery and utilization of current and future training, development programs, and change management initiatives for store managers and associates. This position will be accountable for influencing business results through effective delivery of training, onboarding, and coaching.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for improving business results through the effective delivery of training to retail field associates, based on store contribution.

  • Trains associates to leverage the brand customer/patient experience to consistently deliver an exceptional experience and achieve business objectives.

  • Constantly collects training effectiveness and training opportunity information through system reporting and face-to-face interactions, and provides basic analysis.

  • Provides feedback to improve training tools/programs.

  • Responsible for providing real-time coaching to field associates.

  • Ensures training compliance for all field associates.

  • Develops relationships with field leadership and associates to allow for the most effective training delivery and change management.

  • Drives change management initiatives as directed.

  • Ensures all associates are properly onboarded and equipped with the training and knowledge necessary for associates to be effective in their roles.

  • Stays adept at knowing the product and stays curious on new merchandise and fashion trends.

  • Motivates, coaches, and inspires teams to ensure they are the best possible brand ambassadors.

  • Continually coaches and develops teams to ensure consistent and impeccable execution of current initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Learning, Training, or Retail Leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in a training role responsible for delivering content in classroom, small group, and one-to-one settings

  • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge and experience in a retail commissioned sales environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of managing and influencing organizational change

  • Basic Analysis skills

  • Project management

  • Learning Management System experience
